You have the right to cancel your order with us up to 14 days after receipt, stating a reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned. If you use your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. For a return, we charge 10% of the value of the product to cover the costs that we make at least. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To use this right, you can contact us via info@simhuis.nl We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after receipt of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.”

For certain products and/or services that you buy via this webshop or directly via Simhuis are custom made according to the specifications you entered. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is hereby final after successful payment. We will always report this to you.
