Delivery times & Shipping costs
Welcome to Topcom Telecom!
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 16:00, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page there is an indication of the delivery time (in stock = within 2 working days, on backorder = 2 to 4 working days (if it takes longer than 2 to 4 working days you will hear an indication of the delivery time), sold out = delivery time cannot be determined in the short term. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
€8.00 for orders that fit through the letterbox (unfortunately we can only enter one amount from our webshop (€8.00), if you order a product that fits through the letterbox and does not need to be insured, €2.00 will be charged to you after completion of the ordering and delivery process.
€8.00 for orders that do not fit through the letterbox and must be insured.
Delivery is via the Post NL mailman or parcel deliverer (Post NL also delivers on Saturdays). In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.
You will always receive a track & trace code for orders that do not fit through the letterbox and must be insured.
