However, it may happen that you want to see things adjusted or are confronted with an incident. We are of course also there for you in that case. You can contact us for all your operational questions, support and malfunctions. At Simhuis/ Topcom Telecom we strive for a long-term and successful collaboration with our customers. Our support department is an important part of this collaboration, and we are happy to help you with every step of your IoT journey. Service is a top priority at Simhuis/ Topcom Telecom. The support department is staffed by employees with years of expertise in the field of IoT. The standard Service Level Agreement is a 24-hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year standby service from Topcom Telecom where you have the opportunity to submit your question, support or malfunction via 0575 47 47 31. Our support employee will process your question or report immediately. We do not have a paid Service Level Agreement where you are charged costs or where you pay more per SIM card per month as well as a ticket system, an employee directly on the line or if we are busy on the phone we will call you back immediately and often within 10 minutes.
